Annotations is one of Understand's built-in architectures — automatic ways to group a codebase (by directory, git history, language, …) for graphs, metrics, and dependency analysis.

Annotations

An architecture that organizes entities by the field values of their template annotations. Entities are grouped by template, field, and value. Entities missing a required field value are grouped under Unclassified.
